How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can test all Pro features for 14 days without requiring a credit card. Your trial includes online booking, live token queues, waiting room TV pairing, and digital prescriptions so your whole clinic team can test real workflows.
Are there any commissions or fees per patient?
No. SaluteOS charges zero commission on patient consultations or booking fees. Patients pay your clinic directly via cash, card, or your own UPI QR.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan or cancel at any time directly inside the Clinic Admin dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations prevent renewal at the end of the paid billing period.
What hardware do we need to buy?
None. SaluteOS runs smoothly on any existing computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The waiting room queue screen pairs with any smart TV, Fire TV stick, or web browser via a simple 6-digit code.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?
